South American Soybean futures


Now available for trading


Financially-settled South American Soybean futures provide market participants the ability to capitalize on regional price discovery and new trading opportunities outright or in combination with existing CME Group Soybean-based contracts. South American Soybean futures are:

  • Cash-settled in US dollars to the Platts index

  • Based on regional pricing at the Brazilian port of Santos

  • Available to trade as privately-negotiated blocks through an active broker market, or through CME Globex

  • Cleared through CME Clearing, providing a significant reduction in counterparty credit payment risk
